Where can we refer potential customers to ?

You can refer friends & clients outside your local area... as a matter of fact, anywhere in the U.S. & Canada. If you need an agent in another area, simply give us a call. We will find an agent for your prospect.

Keep in mind, you can also refer real estate business other than residential, such as commercial and business opportunities. Referrals-USA Referral Network will be happy to locate agents for these clients.

Should I give any real estate information ?

Do not work with the client. All information should only be delivered through the Referred Agent, that's their job. Furthermore, do not say or do anything which you may be held liable for.

Which Program should I select ?

This depends on you. The return can be substantial, based on the referrals that you give. We have three programs to choose from.
The Silver is our basic program. The fee is $ 49.95 per year. This entitles you to receive sixty percent (60%) of the referral fee received.

The Gold is our mid level program. The fee is $ 69.95 per year. This entitles you to receive seventy percent (70%) of the referral fee received.

The Platinum is our premium program. The annual fee is $ 89.95 per year. This entitles you to receive eighty percent (80%) of the referral fee received.

It is important to note, that even if the agent performs both sides of the transaction, such as selling the referred client his or her own listing, the referral will only be paid on the side you referred.
