A Direct contact means that you have selected and contacted the receiving agent directly.
Fill
out all of the information of your prospective referral, including the best time to contact, as well as all
of the information of the Receiving Agent and Brokerage firm. Make certain that you include all the contact numbers, fax numbers
and the email address.
Considering that YOU, the referring agent have already come to an agreement, you can send the
referral form directly to the receiving agent. You can either have them return the executed form to you or to Referrals-USA.
Make certain that a copy is faxed or emailed to Referrals-USA.
If you request that the referral form is to be sent back
to Referrals-USA, it is important to let us know. Upon receipt, a copy will be sent to you for your files. Remember, unless
otherwise directed, we will consider a direct referral contact as someone that you have already sent the referral form to.
